Important Information

Transfers are exclusively available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city, encompassing Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina areas. Pick-up services from locations outside these central areas are available upon request, subject to an additional surcharge.

Please note that on certain days and weekends, some attractions may be closed for visits. In such instances, we cannot be held liable, and no compensations will be provided.

The pick-up and drop-off timings for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on the trip schedule and prevailing traffic conditions. However, there will be no alteration to timings during Ramadan.

During Ramadan, guests are permitted to purchase lunch at Dubai Mall, but consumption must occur within the vehicle as eating, drinking, or chewing gum in public spaces is not permitted during this period.

Useful Information

Seating arrangements for all transfers are subject to availability and are determined by our tour manager. Pick-up and drop-off timings are flexible and may be adjusted according to the trip schedule, as well as traffic conditions and your location.

Please note that some inclusions mentioned in the itinerary may be closed on weekends or specific days in accordance with government regulations, for which we cannot be held responsible. Actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30/60 minutes from those listed on the website.

While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend bringing sweaters or jackets for the winter months, along with sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.

Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours. However, please be reminded that leaving personal belongings such as media equipment, wallets, or valuables in our vehicles or tour sites is at your own risk, as our drivers and tour guides will not be liable for any loss.

Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles without prior notification, so please inform us at the time of reservation. Additionally, children aged 3 to 12 participating in water activities must be accompanied by an adult.

During Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be served on the tour, and there will be no live entertainment.

Please review the Tour Brochure/Itinerary, Terms and Conditions, Price Grid, and any other applicable documents carefully, as they constitute part of your contract with us upon booking.

Photography of UAE residents, particularly women, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited. Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses.

For tours requiring original passports or Emirates IDs, this information is provided in critical notes. We will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show fees if guests do not arrive on time for pickup. No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services.

In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, we will strive to provide alternative options if feasible. However, if guests fail to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, alternative transfers will not be arranged, and no refunds will be provided for missed tours.
