Important Information

Location – Dubai Dolphinarium, Inside Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai.

Please ensure arrival at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Shared transfers are available exclusively from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.

Transfer timings are subject to variation based on traffic conditions and your specific location.

All visitors must pay AED 5 for entry to Creek Park using a NOL card. For tourists without a NOL card, it can be purchased at Creek Park Gate 1 for AED 25 with AED 19 credit.

On Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 11:00 am, and Fridays at 6:00 pm, seating is on a first-come-first-served basis for regular seats. We recommend arriving early to secure optimal seating.

Child admission applies to ages 2-12 years. Children under 2 years old enter free of charge.

For water activities, children must be at least 8 years old and proficient swimmers.

Operating Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Wednesday to Monday), Closed on Tuesdays.

Useful Information

Seating arrangements for all transfers are contingent upon availability, as determined by our tour manager.

Pick-up and drop-off timings may be adjusted based on the trip schedule and are subject to change due to traffic conditions and your location.

Please note that some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days as per government regulations, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30/60 minutes from the time listed on the website.

While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend bringing sweaters or jackets for the winter months. It is advisable to carry sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen for sun protection.

Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.

Please ensure that you do not leave personal belongings such as media equipment or wallets unattended in our vehicles or tour sites, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Strollers are not permitted inside the vehicles without prior notification, so please inform us at the time of making the reservation if you will be bringing a stroller.

Children aged 3 to 12 years participating in water activities must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that on Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be served during the tour, and there will be no live entertainment.

We advise you to carefully read and understand the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, as well as the terms and conditions and price grid, as these will form part of your contract with us upon booking.

Photography of UAE residents, especially women, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines. Smoking is not allowed in public areas.

For some tours, your original passport or Emirates ID may be required, as indicated in the critical notes. Please ensure that you read this information carefully, as we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees if guests do not arrive on time for pick-up. No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services.

In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays by other guests, or weather conditions, if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will make every effort to provide alternate options if possible.

If a guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
